DIRTY NATION - Horrible & Disturbing!

That's it, I had enough! I went to a public toilet in a shopping mall yesterday to take a leak. Its kinda crowded in there. So I queued up behind  this chinese dude..After he's done, he just went off without washing his hand! When its my turn, I saw something bothering me. Damn, its a pubic hair! About 3 inches long man! Gosh! Seriously I can't  look at it and cancel my earlier intention. I went off cursing non stop coz of that..because its always happens, and I'm sick of those who never cares about their personal hygiene. I don't care if they are Malay, Indian, Chinese, Indonesian, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Congo, Caucasian whatever. What wrong with you guys!?

Let me ask you a question. Is there something wrong with me or that dude? Yes I wash my tool and my hand every time I pee. I hate any toilet without a water hose! If any of the toilet in public area or hotels I found without the water hose or bidet, I will surely consider the management is a STINKY DIRTY A** H*L* who cultivate others to be dirty like them! Sorry, I don't use toilet paper to clean up after pee or take a dump. I only use toilet paper to dry up after wash myself first..Coz I don't carry towel around, get it? Is not what I should be proud of or trying to show off here. Coz all this while I think other people doing the same thing like me..in terms of personal hygiene. I know there is, but not all. And why is not all? Why is that happening? I even use tissue paper to hold the toilet door knob. Seriously? YES! I am damn serious because I can imagine that stinky douche-bag who didn't wash his noozle/hand and touch the door knob! NO WAY I'm gonna touch it. Plus with a 3 inches long of pubic hair, you bet he didn't care much of his hygiene for sure. HELLO, lazy ass! Forget about shaving, do you know what's TRIMMING means? Anyone wanna bet with me his pants smell like pee? By the way, I'm not talking about guys only here, that means ladies too! Can you imagine how they look and smell like with their ignorance!? Those armpit & pubic hair...I am pretty sure its HORRIBLE!

Is this what you like to see? Holly F**K!

Come on guys! Managing your body hair is also included in personal hygiene. Essentially keeping a good standard of hygiene helps to prevent the development and spread of infections, illnesses and bad odours.

Talking about bad odour, I remember one ex-staff of mine came to work without brushing her teeth and shower. Without feeling guilty, she speak to me! Damn it! What's wrong with these people. We not living in the desert without water, or its damn freezing to use water coz its snow! Am I being racist? Just for you to know I am not talking about the chinese dude here. Its just so happen to be in all cases I encounter in Malaysia or when I was in singapore, chinese dude will make this unwanted scene. I am not kidding. I feel irritate and I am concern.

So what is my concern here again?
1)- Pubic Hair
2)- Personal Hygiene

1)- Pubic Hair
Please..please ..please boys & girls help yourself..means help YOU! I know some of you are "busy". But you gotta choose between trimming or shaving. If you want to save time, my advise shave it! Don't have to think, just buy any disposal 2-3 razor shaver (safer). Take a shower (soften your pores and body hair), soap up yourself and start shaving. Then rinse your whole body top to toe. Easy right! Unless if you have extra time, trim it in any shape you like, Landing strip, Brazil trim, Triangle, whatever.

You might wonder why you need to either trim it or shave it. To me as a guy, because it look hideous and gross if ladies keep it longer. The thicker the worse. Its a total turn off ladies!!! But if you considering to ignore what I am trying to point out here. Think again, when you start scratching your pubic area you might hypothetically consider this:

Pubic Lice
refer to the blood sucking insects that are very tiny in shape and structure. They are known to live in the coarse body hairs especially the pubic hair. It can lead to itching as well as redness. They can be located sometimes at the eyelashes, eyelids, abdominal hair, moustaches, and facial hair. Pubic lice are spread through close contact with a person already suffering from the same. The most common and one of the major causes include sexual contact. Thats right, pubic to pubic hair!
Pubic lice affect only humans and are not found in the animals. They are known to affect people from any age group but are mostly found among the young adults. Pubic lice are highly complicated, but it can further result in various other complications as well. As far as the dangers of pubic lice are concerned, they include skin complications, eye problems, and various other health issues. Now, do you want that creepy little f**kers chewing on your pubic skin?

Given below is a list that mentions all such dangers of pubic lice:
It may cause skin complications as there are several skin issues such as irritation and scratching that may be encountered by people with pubic lice. This may further lead to excoriation or may even cause infections like impetigo or the furnunculosis where the former refers to a bacterial infection while the latter indicates the boils on skin.
Eye complications are known to occur when the eyelashes are infested with the pubic lice. This may then result in swelling or irritation in the eyelids known as Blepharitis. Conjunctivitis and corneal epithelial keratitis are some other eye issues that can be encountered. No deathly diseases but pretty ugly and smelly results to your skin and appearance. Many skin diseases and other ones too plus you smell bad and your pubic area look horrible!

You don't have to do it for me, PLEASE DO IT for that reason.

Moving on..

2)- Personal Hygiene

Actually I don't blame people for their unhygienic behavior such as not taking a shower before going out,  brushing their teeth after waking up or wash with soap and water after doing business in the toilet. I totally believe they inherit it from their parents. Can you guess from where their parents learn it from? That's right, their parents..So are we gonna be the descendant of  uncivilized people? YES, I consider those who ignore personal hygiene as uncivilized people. When you can prevent it from happening why bother to find the cure later? I call it stupidity! One good example is Ecoli outbreak in America. What was the cause of  Ecoli outbreak? YES, negligence of personal hygiene. Never wash hand after went to toilet, then prepare food. Feed your family with contaminated food. So don't get surprise  when your baby or your family member have Ecoli! Then spread it to the whole country! You start it! YOUR FAULT!

Do you know maintaining personal hygiene is necessary for many reasons; these can be personal, social, for health reasons, psychological or simply as a way of life.

Personal Reasons
Many people, women in particular, are very conscious of their hygiene needs and practices. This can be a result of being taught of the importance from an early age, from being picked-on at school for head lice or similar, or as a way of making themselves more attractive to the opposite sex.

Self-esteem, confidence and motivation can all be altered by our body image, often reflected on our ability to care for ourselves and keep good hygiene practices.

A bright white smile with clean and healthy teeth can endear people to us, whereas brown, unhealthy teeth can cause embarrassment and can alter our sense of well-being.

Healthy hair, skin and nails are signs of a good well-balanced diet and can give us confidence in everyday life.

Social Reasons
Most people hate to be talked about, especially in a negative manner. By ensuring that our body is clean and well presented, we are more assured of projecting a positive body image that reflects our personalities.

Children should be taught the importance of hygiene and how to achieve good hygiene very early to keep themselves and others healthy and to reduce the risk of being bullied at school. Teach your children the important of cleanliness and educate them the way with using water & soap after going to the toilet.

Health Reasons
If a person is due to go into hospital, sometimes that person becomes very aware of their hygiene. The thought of being vulnerable and exposed to strangers can cause the person to become very strict on their hygiene needs.

If you have cut yourself, the wound should be cleaned and dressed suitably, this can help reduced the risk of infection and pain.

Conditions such as head lice, athlete’s foot etc. should be treated immediately to prevent further infections and spread to others.

Hand washing cannot be emphasised enough as this simple action can prevent a plethora of illnesses and disorders developing. Many people ‘forget’ to wash their hands after using the toilet or before handling foods; this deed can cause a great deal of illness and even death.
Its not funny lady!
Psychological Issues
By being well presented, clean and tidy, people can feel more confident, especially in social situations. Many job interviews and such like are highly dependent of hygiene as many decisions are made by first impressions within the first few minutes of meeting; these decisions are often made in the sub-conscious. Our chances of succeeding either in work or social settings, or even with the opposite sex can be altered by our maintenance of hygiene.

Maintaining hygiene practices helps to reduce the risks of ill health, but equally important affects how we and others perceive ourselves and can influence our levels of confidence and self-esteem which can affect many aspects of our lives.

Personal hygiene is the basic concept of cleaning, grooming and caring for our bodies. While it is an important part of our daily lives at home, personal hygiene isn't just about combed shiny hair and brushed teeth; its important for our health and safety in the public especially. People who pay attention to personal hygiene can prevent the spread of germs and disease, reduce their exposures to chemicals and contaminants, and avoid developing skin allergies, skin conditions, and chemical sensitivities.

Basic hand washing and skin care can prevent work exposures and disease. Good washing and scrubbing with water and soap helps to remove germs, contaminants, and chemicals. It can also prevent exposure by ingestion and cross-contamination of the surfaces and objects we touch.

Hygiene is the science that deals with the promotion and preservation of health by reducing harmful levels of germs through cleanliness and sterilization. The two most common hygienic practices are:

1) washing hands and food preparation areas with soap, and

2) cooking food and boiling drinking water. Washing with soap removes oils and breaks up dirt particles so they may be washed away, whereas cooking and boiling kill harmful organisms that cannot be removed by washing. You can prevent diseases caused by viruses, bacteria, and parasites by keeping a clean environment and by handling food in a sanitary manner. Most intestinal parasites are transmitted by contact with feces from an infected person or pet.

These are some of the most important sanitation practices to help you maintain your health:
  • Wash your hands before cooking or eating.
  • Wash your hands after using the bathroom, changing a child's diapers, shaking hands, handling money, touching door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, handrails in public places, and handling pets.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth, or any food after touching any contaminated surfaces until after you have washed your hands. Wear gloves to prevent contamination.
  • Keep cutting boards and food preparation areas clean by washing them with soap and water and allowing them to dry thoroughly.
  • Cook meats and seafood. Cooking to a temperature of 180°F (82°C) will kill disease-causing organisms. Use a meat thermometer when cooking roasts or whole turkeys to be sure food is cooked to a safe temperature.
  • Keep raw food away from cooked food. Avoid cross-contamination by using separate plates for the cooked and the raw food.
  • Drink purified water and use purified water for washing hands and cleaning food preparation areas. Water can be purified by boiling for a few minutes or by chemical treatments such as chlorination.
  • Keep food refrigerated to delay spoilage. Low temperatures slow down reproduction of bacteria.
  • Don't let cooked food sit at room temperature too long. Food should be promptly packed in shallow containers so it can chill quickly, and put in the refrigerator. Keeping food refrigerated at or below 4°C/40°F slows down bacterial growth.

  • Vegetables that are eaten raw, such as carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, etc., should be washed thoroughly. The vinegar in some salad dressings will also kill many types of bacteria.
  • Wash fruits that are cut, such as melons, to avoid transferring any dirt or contamination from the outside of the fruit to the inside during cutting.
  • Do not eat spoiled food, or any food that has an unpleasant smell or taste. You cannot always see, smell or taste harmful organisms. When in doubt, throw out old food rather than risk getting sick.
  • Breathe clean air. Avoid smoky, dusty, musty environments, or confined places where people are coughing or sneezing. Wearing a surgical face mask can reduce the chances of contracting or spreading diseases caused by infectious organisms carried in the droplets from coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid insect bites by using window screens, mosquito netting, insect repellents, and by being indoors between dusk and dawn when mosquitoes are most active. Many viral, bacterial, and protozoan diseases are transmitted by insect bites from mosquitoes, flies, fleas, and ticks. Diseases transmitted by mosquitoes include Dengue Fever, Malaria, Rift Valley Fever, Yellow Fever, and various types of viral encephalitis such as West Nile virus.
  • Avoid walking barefoot on soil or swimming in water contaminated by feces. Hookworm and schistosomiasis infections start when the larvae penetrate the skin. It is possible to get parasites from cats and dogs. Test your pets for parasites regularly and dispose of their feces in a sanitary manner.

  • To prevent wart infections and athlete's foot, avoid walking barefoot in public areas such as showers or communal changing rooms. Avoid sharing shoes and socks.
  • Brush and floss your teeth every day before going to bed to prevent gum diseases and dental decay.
  • Many diseases are transferred by close contact with an infected individual. Be very selective in your intimate personal relationships, and avoid touching any sores, feces, or body fluids from a sick person. For example ask a guy when was his last sexual intercourse? (before you plan to ehem with him) Well obviously the guy wanna get laid so he will say millions of years ago! So be careful for the herpies ladies!

So hypothetically speaking, these are the stuffs you will face when you ignore my blog topic:

Diseases in Indigenous communities caused by germs and parasites resulting from inadequate domestic and personal hygiene:
Bacterial
  • food poisoning
  • gastroenteritis
  • diarrhoea caused by Campylobacter
  • pneumonia
  • trachoma
  • skin infections

Viral
  • hepatitis A
  • gastroenteritis
  • colds and flu

Parasitic
  • giardiasis
  • scabies infection
  • pediculosis (head lice infection)
  • hookworm infection
  • threadworm infection
  • roundworm infection (strongyloides)

Poor domestic and personal hygiene practices can help the transmission of disease-causing germs:
directly by the faecal-oral route (oh come on, don't say you don't know this), or by person to person or pet to person contact indirectly by vectors coming into contact with people or their food, people breathing in airborne droplets of moisture which contain germs or eating contaminated food.

I am convinced the time has come for us to stringent our hygiene level, not only would this reduce the risk of unusual outbreaks such as E.coli in the States but it would also dramatically reduce the spread of common infections and thus increase the level of cleanliness of an individual. Let us all change to proper hygienic practice and make it a habit. Please spread this. Thank you...
